Amazon and Barnes & Noble best selling author Carolyn Ridder Aspenson left her career in the health insurance industry to be a stay at home mom to her two daughters and son. When not carting them to and from whatever was on their busy schedule, Carolyn spent her time writing for various websites about things that interested her—raising kids and the insanity it created, ABC soap operas and fitness.
